Compliance: every tour, every time
- Never call it an investment.
- No resale or profit promises. No resale value, profit, appreciation or "it pays for itself."
- Never hide that it's a sales presentation. Say so up front in the Intent Statement.
- Never say a gift comes with "no presentation."
- Don't quote first-visit incentives. Mention them, never quote them.
- Never misstate maintenance fees. Never say they're fixed or won't go up. Use the current figures in the disclosure documents.
- Never promise availability or "guarantee" anything. Travel is always subject to availability.
- "Today only" must be true. Only say an offer ends today if it really does.
- No money before the contract. Never take a deposit, card or payment before the contract is signed.
- Never discourage advice. Never talk a guest out of checking with an adviser or reading the paperwork.
